JANOFF MEDIATION SERVICES (JMS)

I am very pleased to announce the formal opening of my new mediation and arbitration practice, JANOFF MEDIATION SERVICES (JMS). As you probably know I have been litigating injury cases for almost thirty years since graduating from Santa Clara University Law School. Over the years I have been very active as a pro tem judge settling cases at Superior Court Mandatory Settlement Conferences. I have also been a court arbitrator and more recently a Rule 4 mediator. As an experienced litigator I believe I can provide insight into how cases are evaluated on both sides. I enjoy the process of breaking down the barriers to settlement and unpolarizing the case.

I am quite willing to spend whatever time it takes to get the case settled by providing follow-up telephone conferences at no cost. My fees are $400.00 per hour with no minimum and no cancellation fee.
